TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms of using Aunara.

Version 2026-09-28. What you agree to when you create a workspace or accept an invitation, in plain words.

Draft for review · version 2026-09-28. Aunara’s owner still needs to approve this text with a legal adviser, add the operating company’s legal name and address, and choose the governing law. Until then it describes how Aunara works today, and it may change before launch.

Who these terms are for

These terms cover your use of Aunara, the conversation-first workspace for running a small business: its website, the app at /app/, and the services it connects to on your behalf. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation, you agree to them for yourself and for the business you set up or join.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Aunara never sees your Google password, so keep your Google account secure, with 2-step verification if you can; recovering your Google account recovers your Aunara account.

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can invite others. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.

What Aunara does, and what it doesn’t

Aunara prepares work from what you tell it and from sources you share: records, quotes, invoices, expenses and answers about your business. You review and approve what gets saved or sent. Nothing leaves Aunara on your behalf without your approval, except where you have set a rule that allows it.

Aunara uses AI models, and they can be wrong. Check figures, recipients and wording before you approve them. Aunara is not an accountant, a tax adviser or a lawyer, and its answers are not professional advice.

Your business data

Your business data stays yours. We use it only to run Aunara for you, to keep it secure and to help when you ask for support. We don’t sell it and we don’t use it for advertising. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete it; see the Privacy Policy.

Connected services

When you connect a service such as Gmail or Stripe, you authorize Aunara to use it for what the connection screen describes: for example, sending the invoices you approve, or reading your Stripe balance activity. You can disconnect at any time. Those services’ own terms also apply.

Using Aunara fairly

  • Don’t use Aunara for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading documents.
  • Don’t try to get around its limits, reach other businesses’ data, or disrupt the service.
  • Don’t use it to process data you have no right to use.

Trials, plans and payment

During early access there is nothing to pay. When paid plans start, we will tell you first, and every plan begins with a free trial. You are charged only after you choose a plan at checkout, and you can always export your data, even if a plan lapses.

Changes and availability

Aunara is in early access: features change, and the service may be paused for maintenance. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before you continue.

Ending

You can stop using Aunara at any time, and export your data first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aunara is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on work you approved. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

Contact

Ask the agent in your workspace, or open Help & support, and your request reaches the Aunara team.
